Customers also can not express complaints against service companies with practical and easy. Disadvantages of this can affect customer loyalty.
CV. Giva Anugrah Persada needs to align a step in the use of technology by utilizing existing media campaign is through the medium of the web. To optimize the design of web-based systems that focus more on the process of satisfaction and customer interaction with the company, used methods of customer satisfaction index (Customer satisfaction index) to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services company and the method of User Centered Design (UCD) as a philosophy of design which puts users , in this case the customer as the center of the system development process, in order to enable better data management and delivery of information to customers quickly and easily.
