Dari Abdullah bin Al-Haris ra katan

Dari Abdullah bin Al-Haris ra katanya Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa salam bersabda : “Akan ada orang-orang yang keluar dari sebelah Timur, lalu mereka mempersiapkan segala urusan untuk Al-Mahdi, yakni pemerintahannya.” (HR. Ibnu Majah & At-Tabrani)

Dari Ibnu Umar bahwa Rasulullah Shallallahu
‘alaihi wa salam telah mengambil tangan Ali dan bersabda : “Akan keluar dari sulbi pemuda ini (Ali) yang memenuhi dunia dengan keadilan (Imam Mahdi). Bilamana kamu melihat yang demikian itu, maka wajib kamu mencari Putera dari Bani Tamim (dari keturunan Abu Bakar), dia datang dari sebelah Timur dan dia adalah pemegang panji-panji Al Mahdi” (HR. Tabrani dalam Al Ausat Dari kitab Al Hawi lil Fatawa oleh Imam Sayuti)
