Rosululloh (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) berkata:

«السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى المَرْءِ المُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ، مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ، فَإِذَا أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلاَ سَمْعَ وَلاَ طَاعَةَ»

“Mendengar dan taat (kepada pemerintah) adalah kewajiban atas setiap muslim terhadap apa yang dia sukai atau yang dia benci, selama dia (pemerintah) tidak memerintahkan kepada kemaksiatan, dan apabila dia memerintahkan kepada kemaksitan maka tidak boleh mendengar dan tidak boleh taat”. Hadits ini diriwayatkan oleh Al-Imam Al-Bukhory dan Muslim di dalam “Ash-Shohihain” dari hadits Ubaidullah, dari Nafi’, dari Ibnu ‘Umar.

Rosululloh (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) says:«السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى المَرْءِ المُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ وَكَرِهَ، مَا لَمْ يُؤْمَرْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ، فَإِذَا أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلاَ سَمْعَ وَلاَ طَاعَةَ»"Hear and obey (to the Government) is obligatory upon every muslim to what he liked or that he hates, as long as he (the Government) are not ordered to disobedience, and when he commanded the kemaksitan then it should not be heard and should not be obedient". This hadeeth was narrated by Al-Imam Al-Bukhory and Muslims in "Al-Shohihain", from the hadeeth of Nafi ' Ubaidullah, from Ibn ' Umar.

"Listen and obey (the government) is an obligation upon every Muslim to what she likes or which he hated, for he (the government) are not ordered to disobedience, and when he was ordered to kemaksitan it can not hear and can not be obeyed. " This is narrated by Al-Imam Al-Bukhory and Muslim in "Ash-Shohihain" of hadith Ubaidullah, from Nafi 'from Ibn' Umar.
