Abstrak
Peledakan jumlah penduduk di Indonesia mengharuskan adanya suatu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sebab, hal itu dapat menjadi akar untuk tumbuhnya masalah – masalah yang lain. Salah satu cara yang sudah dikenal masyarakat untuk mengatasi peledakan jumlah penduduk adalah dengan menerapkan program Keluarga Berencana(KB). KB adalah sebuah proses yang disadari oleh sebuah pasangan untuk memutuskan jumlah dan jarak anak serta waktu kelahiran. Pada dasarnya program KB mempunyai tujuan untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat. Selain itu, KB juga mempunyai manfaat bagi anggota keluarga tersebut, yaitu ayah, ibu serta anak. Alat kontrasepsi adalah sebuah metode KB, yang dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu secara alami, hormonal dan mekanis.
