Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan desain ulang dari perencanaan perkerasan kaku dan penulangan jalan yang telah ada dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode Bina Marga berpedoman pada Pd T-14-2003. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh pertumbuhan lalulintas (6%), Lalulintas Harian Rencana 6300 kendaraan/hari untuk 2 jalur 2 arah, CBR tanah dasar 6%, CBR efektif 43%. Tebal plat pada perkerasan rencana 22 cm, persentasi rusak fatik (13,83% < 100%), persentasi rusak erosi (21,15% < 100%), tebal perkerasan pondasi digunakan Campuran Beton Kurus 10 cm. Sambungan menggunakan tulangan dowel Ø 33 mm, panjang 450 mm, jarak 300 mm. Tie bar menggunakan Ø 16 mm, panjang 700 mm, jarak 750 mm. Tulangan wire mesh Ø 8 mm – 150 mm.
