ABSTRAK

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatar belakangi oleh sebuah fenomena bahwa setiap orang dewasa diharuskan untuk menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib namun mayoritas dari komunitas pengemis tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib diusia dewasa tetapi sebagian dari mereka menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib disela-sela profesinya sebagai seorang pengemis. Dalam hal ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui tentang persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib di Barak Bhakti Kabupaten Tulungagung.
Adapun yang menjadi fokus penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah (1) Apa makna ibadah shalat wajib bagi komunitas pengemis? (2) Apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib? (3) Bagaimana dampak yang ditimbulkan dari persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib? (4) Bagaimana perasaan masyarakat pengemis setelah menjalankan atau tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib? Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui makna ibadah shalat wajib bagi komunitas pengemis (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib (3) Untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan dari persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib (4) Untuk mengetahui perasaan komunitas pengemis setelah menjalankan atau tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib
Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima orang yaitu empat orang perempuan dan satu orang laki-laki yang menetap di penampungan Barak Bhakti yang berprofesi sebagai seorang pengemis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunitas pengemis memaknai ibadah shalat wajib secara berbeda-beda yakni berupa memandang ibadah shalat wajib dapat mengurangi waktu untuk bekerja dan mengasuh anak. Sedangkan makna lain yang berbeda memandang penting untuk menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib disela-sela profesinya sebagai pengemis serta menjadi pedoman hidup di dunia dan menjadi bekal di akhirat. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi komunitas pengemis adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan dari pagi hingga sore hari, latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman dan lingkungan penampungan Barak Bhakti yang mayoritas tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib. Adapun dampak dari persepsi komunitas pengemis terhadap ibadah shalat wajib adalah pengemis yang memaknai ibadah shalat wajib dapat mengurangi waktu bekerja yakni tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib, sedangkan pengemis yang memaknai ibadah shalat wajib penting untuk dijalankan yakni menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib secara rutin disela-sela kesibukan bekerja. Adapun perasaan masyarakat pengemis yang menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib merasa senang sedangkan yang tidak menjalankan ibadah shalat wajib merasa sedih serta akan berusaha untuk menjalankan dikemudian hari.

Data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. The study uses five people four women and one man who lived in the barracks of the Bhakti shelter profession as a beggar. Research results show that community a compulsory prayer worship interpret beggar differently i.e. in the form of mandatory prayer of worship looked can reduce the time for work and parenting. While the meaning of different other important looking to run my mandatory prayer worship his profession as beggars and become a guideline of life in the world and be a provision in the afterlife. As for the factors that influence the perception of the community of beggars is job done from morning to afternoon, educational background, experience and environment the majority of Bhakti Barracks shelters do not run mandatory prayer of worship. As for the impact of community perceptions towards the obligatory prayer worship beggar is a beggar who interpret the obligatory prayer of worship can reduce the time work IE not run mandatory prayer worship, while the beggar who interpret the obligatory prayer of worship is important to run i.e. mandatory prayer worship, runs on a regular basis the aim of busyness works. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that every adult is required to run obligatory prayers but the majority of the community of beggars not run adult age obligatory prayers but most of them run the obligatory prayers on the sidelines of his profession as a beggar. In this case, researchers wanted to know about the community's perception of beggars on the obligatory prayers in Barak Bhakti Tulungagung.
The study focused on this study were (1) What is the meaning of worship obligatory prayer for the community of beggars? (2) What are the factors that influence the perception of the community of beggars obligatory prayers? (3) What about the impact on the community's perception of beggars on the obligatory prayers? (4) How do you feel after running a beggar society or not to practice obligatory prayers? As for the objectives of this study were (1) To determine the meaning of prayers obligatory for the community of beggars (2) To determine the factors that influence the perception of a community of beggars to worship obligatory prayers (3) To determine the impact of the perception of a community of beggars to worship the obligatory prayers (4) To know the beggar community feeling after running or not running the obligatory prayers
in this study kind of research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. This study uses five members, namely four women and one man who lived in shelters Barak Bhakti who works as a beggar.
The results showed that the community of beggars meaning of worship obligatory prayers in different ways in the form looked prayers shall be able to reduce the time to work and care for children. While other meanings different considers it important to perform obligatory prayers on the sidelines of his profession as a beggar and a way of life in the world and be a provision in the afterlife. The factors that influence the community's perception of beggars is work done from morning to evening, educational background, experience and environment shelters Barak Bhakti majority do not run the obligatory prayers.
