Yaitu Chicken Adobo, karena makanan ini sangat jarang peminatnya dan membuat makanan ini kurang laku selama beberapa bulan terakhir. Menu tersebut akan digantikan oleh Stuffed Chicken Florentine with Hollandise Sauce, dan makanan ini telah mendapatkan aprove dari semua manager yg ada di hotel ini dan mereka bilang makanan ini sangat baik. Makanan ini berasal dari Italia yang terdapat bayam, keju, dan kacang mede didalam ayam. Makanan ini akan kita jual mulai besok. Saya sangat berharap bahwa makanan ini akan banyak peminat nya. Maka dari itu berikan informasi kepada semua staff di Restoran ini untuk mempromosikannya kepada para tamu.
