ABSTRACT
small enterprises constitute a strategic activity for the community, especially in the lower middle village Lampur because it still has a lot of raw material around them, the high consumer demand will be mats forests are not supported by the tools to manipulate the pandanus leaf forests into materials prepared at anyam. Craft industry of woven pandanus forest in Lampur Village town in Central Bangka Regency Selan River has the uniqueness and specificity of manufacture technique of weaving system i.e., the craftsman managed to produce many kinds of products that have value to webbing and aesthetically. This research aims to design a tool pelemas and joiner pandanus leaf forest with 3 mm and 6 mm sizes. By pairing noodles with joiner systems the distance gap that can be set up, with a capacity of 50 sheets of which has not been processed in an hour. As for the purpose of small enterprise development was equitable and people's income increases so that it expected to increase the welfare of the community. One of the resulting products namely mats with size 2 ft x 1 ft.
