Untuk mengoptimalkan perancangan sistem berbasis web yang lebih berfokus pada proses kepuasan dan interaksi pelanggan dengan perusahaan, digunakan metode indeks kepuasan pelanggan (Customer satisfaction index) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan perusahaan dan metode User Centered Design (UCD) sebagai filosofi perancangan dimana menempatkan pengguna, dalam hal ini pelanggan sebagai pusat dari proses pengembangan sistem, agar memungkinkan pengelolaan data dengan baik dan pengiriman informasi kepada pelanggan dengan cepat dan mudah.
