Puji syukur atas kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa karena dengan rahmat, karunia, serta taufik, dan hidayah-Nya kami dapat menyelesaikan paper yang berjudul “Kandungan Pati dan Indeks Glikemik pada Umbi Garut, Talas, Umbi Gadung, dan Umbi Iles-iles”. Tidak lupa kami ucapkan terima kasih kepada Ibu Ir. Suryanti Surono Ph.D., M.Sc selaku Dosen mata kuliah Biokimia Dasar, Universitas Bina Nusantara dan semua pihak yang telah membantu dalam penulisan paper ini hingga dapat tersusun dengan baik.
Paper ini kami susun berdasarkan pengetahuan yang kami peroleh dari beberapa literatur dan media elektronik dengan harapan, orang-orang dapat mengetahui kandungan pati dan indeks glikemik pada umbi garut, talas, umbi gadung, dan umbi iles-iles.
Kami menyadari bahwa paper ini masih banyak kekurangan dan jauh dari kata sempurna. Oleh sebab itu, kami berharap adanya kritik dan saran demi perbaikan paper yang telah kami buat di masa yang akan datang. Kami mohon maaf apabila terdapat kesalahan kata yang kurang berkenan.
