sebelum saya bekerja dibidang retail, saya juga memiliki pengalaman dalam perusahaan konstruksi dan engineering, dibidang tersebut, saya menekankan kepada staff saya untuk lebih menekankan kepada sistem pembayaran yaitu tempo pembayaran hal tersebut agar sesuai dengan alur penagihan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh divisi lain dalam perusahaan sehingga tidak terjadi pembelian melebihi piutang dari setiap proyek yang dilakukan, saya juga membuat batasan terhadap pembelian bagi staff untuk setiap proyek, hal ini dimaksudkan agar tidak terjadi kelebihan anggaran terhadap setiap proyek, batasan pembelian saya buat berdasarkan perhitungan dari gambar kerja, baik sebelum terjadinya tender maupun setelah tender proyek tersebut didapat, dan beberapa strategi yang saya lakukan sebagai procurement manager agar divisi yang saya pimpin dapat memberikan keuntungan yang maksimal.
